Clinical Fusion^® contains a wide variety of pre-programmed reports. You also have the ability to create, save, and organize custom reports, and export the report to Microsoft Word^® . The user is able to group, sort, and show any data fields needed, set the width of the chosen data fields, and set custom criteria such as specific date ranges, ages, and gender.

• Profile Report: a complete individual health profile.
• Registration Summary Report: a complete individual registration report.
• Problem Report:  a complete list of an individual’s problems.
• Immunization Summary Report: a complete list all immunizations entered for a person in Clinical Fusion.
• Report Manager: consists of a number of pre-programmed reports organized in folders that can be modified as well as a number of blank reports that enable you to create, save and organize your own custom reports.
• Group Reports: ability to select a group of reports to print at one time using the same date range.
• Archive File Reports:  ability to run reports on data that has been archived.

Templates can be created to include any mixture of subjective and objective questions and default notes, vital signs, measurements, limited or comprehensive physical exams, procedures, tests, medications, diagnosis, and reminders.
• Custom Forms: add data elements to the registration and contact screens.
