PERSON OR STAFF FOLLOW-UP TICKLERS

Clinical Fusion^® enables you to easily record and follow-up on tickler information for a specific individual or staff member. Reminders, referrals, and lab test results can be displayed for specific time intervals and status (pending, overdue, completed). The appointments are directly linked to the new scheduling module.

• Reminders: a grid containing all reminders including type of reminder, person or provider, due date, time, priority status (importance of the reminder), notes, completion date, follow-up notes. New reminders can be added.
• Referrals: a grid containing all referrals including type of referral, person or referred by, referred to, due date, time, priority status, notes, completion date, follow-up notes. New referrals can be added.
• Appointments: a grid containing all appointments including type of appointment, person or provider, due date, time, priority status, notes, completion date, follow-up notes. New appointments can be added.
The appointments can be connected to the scheduling module.  For more information call (720) 777-8400.
• Lab Tests: a grid containing all lab tests for a specific person including lab test, date, result, comments.
