Answers to Miscellaneous Questions

  1. Any time you receive an error in Clinical Fusion, please click on the "Print Details" button and fax or email us the printout. On the printout, include a description of what you were doing when you received the error.

  2. We do not suggest that you use Clinical Fusion as an electronic record.  We advise you to print out a hardcopy of each contact to place in the patient's chart.

  3. Clinical Fusion can print CMS-1500 forms, HCFA 1500 forms or a Superbill (transmission) report.

  4. We don’t suggest you try to combine a number of databases into one Clinical Fusion database. Instead, we feel it would be more effective to export the data to a file and combine the data into a statistical package such as SPSS to do data analysis.

The manual  is located on the Clinical Fusion CD under the Guidebooks folder.  Please see Online Help for instructions on printing the manual and user guides.  Click on the Help menu, then click on Help Contents and Index.  On the Contents tab, double-click on Introduction, then Printing User Guides.
